Dr . Edwin Adair brings 16 years of experience to New Era Eyecare. Dr Adair graduated from Indiana University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He received his doctor of Optometry degree in Chicago from the Illinois College of Optometry in 1996. Dr. Adair relocated to Northern Virginia after graduation and was able to explore multifaceted modes of practices. He honed his skills while employed at a lasik center, worked on ocular pathology in a medical practice, and perfected his trade while working 11 years in a high volume commercial office.

Robert W. Stetekluh, O.D. |
Dr. Robert W. Stetekluh is a local graduate of Wakefield High School after graduating in 1977 he then went on to pursue a Bachelor's in Physics from James Madison University in 1981, he then received his Doctorate of Optometry in 1985 from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry.Dr. Stetekluh brings over 30 years of experience to New Era Eyecare and is a valued member of our team.
Dr. Stetekluh specializes in Family eye care, contact lens fits, eye health evaluations, consoling and reducing patients anxiety and most of all making people feel better about themselves he especially enjoys educating patients about their eyes. During his free time Dr. Stetekluh likes to travel he also enjoys the outdoors, hiking, biking, basketball and swimming. He feels it’s important to give back to the community and does so by being a frequent blood donor at the American Red Cross. |
Alice Oh, O.D. |
Dr. Alice Oh is from Gaithersburg, Maryland and is a graduate of The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. She went on to receive her optometric degree from The Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She continued her residency training in ocular disease at Seidenberg-Protzko Eye Associates in Havre de Grace, MD. Dr. Oh has 16 years of experience and provides comprehensive family eye care, emergency eye care, specialty contact lens services, and co-management of cataract and LASIK surgeries. She is currently a member of the American Optometric Association, Virginia Optometric Association and is former board member of the Northern Virginia Optometric Society. She also has her certification from the National Board of Examiners in Optometry. When she is not at the office, she is a busy mom of two girls and enjoys spending time with her family. |
Dr. Vivian Vuong graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. She was recognized for clinical excellence in Primary Care and Low Vision at the Eye Institute in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Vuong continued her training by completing a residency in Ocular Disease and Primary Eye Care at the Boston Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
She is dedicated to providing quality eye care and strives to build long-term patient relationships. Outside of the office, her interests include hiking, painting and traveling to new places. |
